Atem Software Control Mac

I just bought the new ATM mini and I am trying to get it running urgently for an event I have at the weekend.

• The Blackmagic ATEM Switchers are designed to be used in live television production environments to increase the broadcast quality. The system is comprised of a hardware control panel and a.
• ATEM Mini Pro ISO can be configured using Blackmagic Videohub Hardware Panel Setup utility to route sources to destinations using Videohub Smart Control Pro and Videohub Master Control Pro. Control Panel Included: ATEM Software Control Panel included free for Mac 10.14 Mojave, Mac 10.15 Catalina or later and Windows 10 64 bit only.

I downloaded the latest ATEM software for Mac and plugged the device into my internet switch (same on as my laptop). When I run the ATEM Setup, the device is recognised and it shows it's plugged into the ethernet. When I try and click on either of the two buttons (about and setup I think) I just get a message:
